Making a powerful impression at the Opening Ceremony of the 78th Cannes Film Festival was Italian model and actress Paola Turani, dressed in Tony Ward's Spring Summer 2025 Couture collection, Twilight Reverie.

A true showstopper, the gown redefined red carpet tailoring. Seamlessly blending sharp structure and feminine flair, the design featured a sculpted blazer bodice crafted in textured crochet, intricately embroidered with shimmering beads andcrystals. Soft yet precised.

Flowing from the jacket was a fluid crepe marocain skirt in a light-catching and effortless way… it moved with a cinematic grace! It’s all in the contrasts of the tailored jacket and the dreamy drape of craftsmanship.

With every step Paola took on the montée des marches, she brought the Tony Ward world to life, one where structure meets sensuality and bold tailoring flirts with fantasy.
