getting ready in their rooms, applying a touch of lipstick, finishing a
coiffure and putting on sparkling earrings after having chosen their outfit for
the night. They are getting ready to step on the mythical Cannes Red Carpet in
front of a sea of friends, colleagues, fans, photographers and journalists. But
first, time for a quick photoshoot session. Running in the dimmed lit hallways
of a grand hotel, stepping down an iron filigree spiral staircase or on the
balcony of a room overlooking the Vieux Port de Cannes and the French Riviera,
photographers are ready with their lens to capture ‘the moment before’, glamour
and excitement…
Unforgettable Red Carpet moments… Stunner Rafa Kalimann attended the premiere of
‘Killers of the Flower Moon” in a heart shaped basque bodice bejeweled with
silver sparkled and a majestic jupon skirt. Leomie Anderson was the beauty of the ball in an asymmetric
celestial bustier dress with a puffy skirt lit with glimmers of silver as she
attended the première of ‘Firebrand (Le Jeu de la Reine)’. It was Old Hollywood
glam revisited in a daring way for gorgeous Neelam Kaur Gill in a sumptuous sensual look featuring a black
crepe dress with lacy body hugging pearl embroidered stripes draped in verdant
mousseline. Her look was finished with black jersey gloves. Beauty Nadine Abdelaziz also chose gloves to
complete her look, ethereal in her white dress with a puffy architectural
bustier, and a theatrical slit. Vicky Lee glowed in a magnetic cape dress lit with black and golden shimmers and a
dazzling high slit. Dy Miryan chose
a mysterious black crepe marocain dress with sparkly embroidered tulle and
feathers applique, and touches of sheer, mesmerizing for her first appearance
at the Festival the Cannes.
